We are happy to accept returns on merchandise purchased from our web site at munchcrunch.co within 30 days of purchase.
If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or invoice that arrived with your package.
If the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse any refund. Returned item should be in unused condition and original packaging. We will assess a 15% restocking fee for any return item if it has been used.
If your Munch Crunch product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment. We can also send you a free replacement to make the situation right.
If your Munch Crunch products were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.

Please note: Munch Crunch is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
Please use the original packaging, if possible.
Kindly include the original online receipt or invoice, and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.
For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain a receipt for your records.

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.
We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
